    Data Retention

    Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Case-related data is retained for a minimum of 5 years following the conclusion of an engagement, in accordance with professional and regulatory obligations.

    Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; request rectification or erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).     Data Security

    We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All communications are encrypted, and case materials are stored in access-controlled environments.

    International Transfers

    In the course of cross-border investigations, personal data may be transferred to jurisdictions outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are conducted in compliance with GDPR requirements, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
