Terms of Engagement
These Terms of Engagement govern all professional engagements between SEQRIA and its clients. By initiating a consultation or engagement, the client agrees to the following terms.
Engagement Process
All engagements begin with a confidential intake and risk assessment. Following the initial evaluation, SEQRIA provides a scope of work, timeline estimate, and fee structure. Work commences only upon mutual agreement and execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Confidentiality & NDA
Every engagement is governed by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement. All case materials, communications, findings, and documentation are treated as confidential. SEQRIA will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with explicit written consent.
Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information relevant to the case. SEQRIA's analysis and documentation are based on the information provided. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
Fee Structure
Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis following the initial risk assessment. SEQRIA provides a transparent cost breakdown before proceeding. Payment terms are specified in the individual engagement agreement. Initial consultations are confidential and without obligation.
Deliverables
SEQRIA delivers structured evidentiary packages, investigative reports, regulatory complaint documentation, and institutional filing support. All deliverables remain the intellectual property of SEQRIA until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for fees incurred up to the date of termination. All confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from an engagement shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
