    What is collected

    On-chain extracts, archived web captures, correspondence, payment records and platform documentation together constitute the evidentiary base.

    • Transaction records with block metadata
    • Full-page captures with retrieval timestamps
    • Communications in original format where possible
    • Bank and card records for fiat legs

    Integrity

    Each artefact is hashed on capture and the hash recorded in the register. Any subsequent alteration is detectable.

    Chain of custody

    The register records who captured each artefact, when, from which source and by which method. Gaps in that record are what opposing parties attack.

    Verifiability

    Because ledger data is public, a third party can independently re-derive on-chain findings — a significant evidentiary advantage over most digital evidence.

    Presentation

    Evidence is presented in a numbered register cross-referenced from the narrative, so every assertion points to a specific artefact.

    Are screenshots sufficient evidence?
    Alone, no. Captures need timestamps, source URLs, integrity hashes and a documented capture method.
    How long should evidence be retained?
    For the duration of any proceedings and any applicable limitation period, under appropriate data-protection controls.
